How Protocol Index distinguishes current sources, legacy protocol data, retailer-link checks and product-quality evidence.

Compiler and maintainer: Kamil. Medical reviewer: none. This is an independent data and marketplace-mapping project, not clinical guidance. Editorial review means source transcription, link checks and transparent change tracking; it does not mean a clinician has approved a dose or product.
Current versus legacy sources
The Easy, Medium and Big Stack guides use the current official Blueprint store pages and show a visible check date. The 54-entry directory uses the January 2024 Protocol Museum list, which its owner now labels out of date. Legacy pages are retained as a historical buying reference and are labelled accordingly.
What “mapped” means
A direct ASIN mapped label means a maintainer associated that country’s product identifier with the catalog entry. It does not establish stock, seller quality, authenticity, purity, laboratory testing, dose equivalence, safety or suitability. A search route is weaker: it is a retailer search assembled from product, dose and brand hints.
How current stack comparisons work
Official bundle components are transcribed from their official product pages. Related DIY products are linked only when the legacy catalog contains a clearly named ingredient or category. Proprietary blends are always marked partial, and missing ingredients remain visible. The five-item lists are starting points for comparison—not complete formula reproductions.
Prices
Official bundle prices are dated observations from the official US pages. Protocol Index does not currently have an approved retailer price feed for Amazon, so it does not invent monthly DIY totals. Allegro prices are listing-level observations and may not represent a 30-day supply. Always confirm live price, quantity, tax, shipping and subscription terms at checkout.
Health claims and evidence
Benefit tags describe why an item appeared in the archived protocol; they are not findings that the product treats or prevents a condition. Source rationales are short editorial summaries. Where a primary-paper URL has not yet been independently checked, the site does not manufacture one. Thin single-item benefit pages are excluded from search indexing until they have standalone editorial value.
Corrections, independence and funding
Protocol Index is not affiliated with Bryan Johnson, Blueprint, Amazon, Allegro or any listed brand. Some outbound retailer links are affiliate links and may fund maintenance without changing the buyer’s price. Corrections can be sent to contact@protocolindex.eu; link and content changes remain reviewable in the public repository history.
