What this site is

Protocol Index is an independent, personal hobby project. It is a convenience index: it lists the supplements from a publicly documented longevity protocol (Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint protocol) and maps each one to a matching product listing on Amazon’s European and US marketplaces, with doses, timing and short evidence notes.

What this site is not

Not affiliated. This site has no affiliation, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement relationship with Bryan Johnson, Blueprint, Amazon (beyond the standard Amazon Associates advertising program described below), or any supplement brand or manufacturer linked from these pages.
Not a lab or a vendor. Nothing listed here has been laboratory-tested, vetted or independently verified by this site, and nothing is sold by this site. All purchases happen on Amazon, from third-party sellers, under Amazon’s terms.
Not medical advice. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always confirm brand, dose, ingredients, allergens, expiry and safety with the vendor and a qualified healthcare professional before buying or consuming anything.

Affiliate disclosure

As an Amazon Associate, this site earns from qualifying purchases. Outbound Amazon links carry an affiliate identifier (the tag= parameter) for the Amazon Associates programs of Amazon.com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .es, .it and .pl. This does not change the price you pay. Affiliate revenue is the site’s only monetization; product selection is never paid placement.

Data this site collects

None directly. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no newsletter, no comments, and no advertising or cross-site tracking. The site does not set tracking cookies.

Local preferences. Your chosen country, language, theme and “owned” checklist are stored in your browser’s localStorage only. They never leave your device and are deleted when you clear your browser data.
Hosting (Cloudflare). The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site, and provides the site owner with privacy-focused, aggregate analytics (page views, country, referrer) that do not identify individual visitors. Fonts and images. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and product thumbnails from Amazon’s image CDN; your browser sends those servers your IP address when fetching these files, as with any embedded third-party resource. See the Google privacy policy and the Amazon privacy notice.

When you click an Amazon link

Once you follow a product link, you are on Amazon. Amazon sets cookies to attribute the visit to this site’s affiliate tag and processes your data under its own privacy notice. This site receives only anonymous, aggregate reports from Amazon (clicks, items shipped, commission) — never your name, address or order details.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because this site itself stores no personal data about you, there is usually nothing to access or erase here — for data processed by Cloudflare, Google or Amazon, please use the contact points in their policies linked above. Changes

If the site ever starts collecting data it currently doesn’t (for example, adding an analytics tool or a newsletter), this page will be updated first and the “last updated” date changed.
